QCP™ resins not only REACH compliant but much more….

26 October 2016

QCP goes further than providing an MSDS for all its products and ensuring that products are classified, labeled and packed according to CLP.

The requirements for recyclers to comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals) are limited to providing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and complying with ECHA’s CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging of chemicals).

Therefore, QCP is checking its products and can declare that they are compliant with the requirements regarding SVHCs, heavy metals, RoHS and/or PAHs. Next to that QCP can also declare that its products comply with ISO 71-3 (Safety of toys – Part 3: Migration of certain elements) and therefore can be used in for example baby strollers.

Please contact us if you want to learn more about the way QCP is checking its products on compliancy or if you would like to receive a REACH and/or specific declaration (e.g. Heavy Metals, PAH’s, RoHS, ISO 71-3 compliance, etc).
